• Payment data: handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: support tickets and feedback you submit.

2. Why we collect it

• To provide and maintain your account and subscriptions.
• To process payments and issue receipts (via Paddle).
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect fraud and abuse.

3. Who we share it with

• Paddle — payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
• Supabase — cloud database and authentication infrastructure.
• Model providers — when you use AI features, your inputs are sent to the respective model API under their terms.
• We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Subscription records are retained for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years). You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.

5. Your rights

6. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords at rest, and Row-Level Security on our database. No system is 100% secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly.

We may update this notice as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
