We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
2. How to request a refund
All refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Log into your Paddle customer portal (link included in your receipt email).
- Locate the transaction and submit a refund request.
- Or email Paddle support with your transaction ID.
3. What is refundable
- First-time subscriptions and renewals within the 30-day window.
- Ad-free add-ons purchased alongside a qualifying plan.
4. What is not refundable
- Subscriptions canceled after the 30-day window.
- Gift or transferred purchases.
- Accounts terminated for terms-of-service violations.
5. Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
