Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Inc. Paddle is the reseller for all transactions and handles tax, compliance, and invoicing on behalf of IINT Inc.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any IINT Inc. product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. License
Products are licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you a personal or business productivity license for the term paid. You may not reverse engineer, resell raw model output as a competing service, or sublicense without written consent.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to generate unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse without refund.
4. Payments & subscriptions
All charges are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual property
IINT Inc. owns all product names, marks, logos, and original software. AI-generated outputs are owned per the individual product terms displayed at generation time. You retain ownership of your original inputs.
6. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or output accuracy. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. Always verify before acting on generated content.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ceases at the end of the current billing period (or immediately if we terminate for cause). No prorated refunds are provided for voluntary cancellation mid-period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of your account billing region, unless local law overrides. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions are waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account.
